Sound Yoga & Sonic Anatomy
This short course is an introduction to a selection of simple but powerful practices, which use intonation of sacred syllables as a tool for meditation and sonic attunement.
Sound Yoga Series
The intention of the Sonic Anatomy tones is to playfully explore and sonically open up, energize and enjoy the human body instrument! It helps move blood, breath, emotions and digestion; and at the same time strengthens your voice and confidence. The Sonic Anatomy offers a safe and fun way to be creative and break free from limitations. Whether a singer or a first-time vocal explorer, you are invited to experience the healing and joy that comes from experiencing your voice as a whole-body instrument. This is not just a fun practice; it’s a pathway to reclaiming your freedom, power, vitality, authenticity and presence in the world.
Sound Yoga Series
This short course teaches you how to apply the Sanskrit Alphabet in an ancient Vedic sonic activation practice called "Mantra Puruṣa" which helps to balance the energy body and bring healing to the physical body.
Sound Yoga Series
An Ayurvedic chant to balance the five elements, which is based on ten seed sounds. You will learn to use it as a meditative practice and also as a chant played on frame drum. Frame Drum Chanting Series
This journey uses ancient prayer to promote mental clarity and balance within the heart-mind. Traditional chants focus on inner resilience, confidence, courage and strength; as well as the power of faith, devotion and service towards the divine source of inner strength.... which is love itself.
To gain maximum benefit from this Mantra Sound Healing, it is recommended that you find yourself a quiet uninterrupted space to lie down for 40min with good headset. Relax and allow your breath, body and mind to soften as you receive the healing experience. Simply allow all the sacred sounds to wash over you as you focus on the flow of breath through your nostrils. Gently release mental, physical and emotional tension with each exhale....let your subtle inner smile expand on every inhale. If you feel like standing up and moving then follow your inner impulse.
